IDC Asia participated in the Pixar exhibition in Singapore Science Centre. The exhibition includes a local 3D animation segment where Temasek Polytechnic (TP) & IM Innovations showcase its expertise in digital media. Themed ‘3D for Everyone!’ the exhibits in the TP-IM Innovations booth offer the unique alternative view that 3D and digital media is not confined to professionals in the movies, broadcast and games development markets. It can be pervasively used and harnessed. Even nine-year-olds can learn to use 3D software tools and develop high-quality content which includes animation. Digital media can also be creatively used in key economic sectors such as for education, manufacturing, engineering and healthcare.

IDC Asia presented during the ExCEL Fest 2010 held at the Suntec International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The participants had the opportunity to experience the fascinating world of 3D interactive digital media and other innovative applications.
